Refund Policy
Effective date: July 2026
Medical review. If the reviewing provider does not approve your request, you will not be charged for medication. Any medication payment already collected is refunded in full.
Cancellations. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the pharmacy begins preparing your medication.
Compounded medications. Compounded medications are prepared individually for each patient under a prescription. For safety and regulatory reasons, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once dispensed.
Damaged or incorrect shipments. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
